1. Information We Collect

To power our multi-tenant enterprise system, VextoApp logs essential operational and identification parameters. We categorize the processed information into the following structured segments:

  • User Identity Records: Personal identifiers provided during registration or profile setup, such as full names, contact mobile numbers, professional email addresses, and national identification details.
  • Business Profile Data: Corporate information mapped to your cloud workspace, including registered business name, operating addresses, commercial phone lines, and active service tier tracking.
  • Commercial Operational Logs: Inventory management histories, product catalog profiles, localized branch stock counts, and verified supplier details necessary for system optimization.

2. How Your Data Is Utilized

All collected datasets are handled strictly to ensure seamless operations and core system functionality. Processed metrics are used for the following application mechanisms:

  • Maintaining real-time synchronization across multiple store branches to prevent inventory discrepancies.
  • Processing secure user authentication, multi-factor validations, and specialized user role access levels within your enterprise instance.
  • Compiling localized financial histories, generation of store transaction summaries, and providing automated business performance analytics.

3. Cryptographic Protection & System Isolation

All sensitive credentials, including platform login passwords, undergo enterprise-grade hashing protocols prior to system storage. The application architecture enforces complete infrastructure isolation, preventing unauthorized cross-tenant visibility and ensuring that your inventory fields, revenue logs, and staff data remain strictly confidential to your account.

4. Payment Security & Gateway Standards

Financial transactions processed during subscription cycle renewals are transmitted using heavily encrypted, tokenized network layers. VextoApp never permanently stores raw credit card details or absolute banking strings on its primary environment; all checkouts are verified via industry-standard external payment integrations.

5. Retention and Account Deletion Policy

Upon a formal request for account termination or when an active workspace subscription reaches permanent expiration status, your account node is rendered inactive. Relational system records are securely archived for standard statutory and taxation auditing parameters before being permanently purged from our active production cloud environments.
